OUR THREE YEAR WARRANTY

All Hayman Safe Co. products carry a warranty to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for three (3) years from original date of purchase (excluding all electronic locks). Electronic locks have a one (1) year warranty period while the safe will be warranted for three years. Custom safes carry a one (1) year warranty regardless of the type of lock. These warranties apply only to new safes purchased from Hayman Safe Co. or its authorized dealers. Proof of purchase must be provided so as to establish date of purchase and supplying dealer.

Hayman Safe Co. will at its option repair or replace any defective part or unit. To obtain service on warranty the unit delivered to Hayman Safe Co. or its authorized dealer. Authorization must be received from Hayman Safe Company prior to performance of any warranty work.

Improper installation, use, lack of proper maintenance or accidental damage will nullify this warranty. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is offered. This warranty cannot be changed, modified, enlarged or altered without direct written consent from Hayman Safe Co. Hayman Safe Co. is not responsible for consequential damage, incidental expenses or personal injury. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE: BURGLARY PROTECTION

Hayman Safe Co. will at our option replace or repair any of our standard production safes equipped with a 3-bolt mechanism or better that are successfully burglarized. To claim this guarantee, call for authorization to ship (at your expense) the burglarized safe and a copy of the police report to us. We will repair or replace the safe and return it to you, freight collect.

POLYMER BODIED FLOOR SAFE GUARANTEE

Hayman Safe Co. will, at our option, replace or repair any of our polymer bodied floor safes equipped with a 3-bolt mechanism or better, that are ever successfully burglarized (except S1201), damaged by fire, or damaged by seepage through the body.

TERMS

Terms are 1%-10 days, net-30 days to regular customers who have established credit with us. A 1.5% finance charge will be added monthly to invoices that are 30 days or older.

RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION

Returned goods can only be accepted after buyer first notifies Hayman Safe Co. in writing and Hayman Safe Co. grants permission to do so. All returned goods must be shipped pre-paid and will be subject to 20% cancellation charge. A return goods authorization number must be obtained and number must be affixed to all returned packages. An additional charge will be applied for excessive damage on a per unit basis.
